In additional to all the benefits of the Movin' and Groovin' educational classess the fitness classes also provide these GREAT benefits!

Movin’ and Groovin’  is a developmentally age-appropriate program designed to help prevent the rise of childhood obesity through 45 minutes of physical activity!

Movin’ and Groovin’  enhances fine and gross motor skills through a variety of movement activities!

Movin’ and Groovin’  promotes positive interaction and cooperative behavior among participants!

Movin’ and Groovin’ Fitness and Fun!: This program has been designed to help prevent childhood obesity and encourage children ages 15 months to 5 years to spend less time in front of televisions, computers and video games and more time being physically active! This 45 minute session of FITNESS & FUN will have your child STRETCHING, BENDING and MOVING to a HEALTHY beat! Songs include: Jump Up, Freeze Dance, The Gong Song, Tooty Ta and a whole lot more!

An interactive music class that will keep your child movin’ and groovin’ to a variety of silly songs from start to finish. This high energy class is designed so that each child between the ages of 15 months and 5 years may participate individually or with an adult. It gives children an opportunity to socialize and is a great place for them to unwind. There are no prerequisites and no wrong way to participate. Movin’ and Groovin’ creates a positive atmosphere where “kids can be kids” while developing their fine and gross motor skills, social and listening skills, build self esteem and gain independence.
